Rental Terms and agreement of formal dresses

This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”)      _______________________________________is entered into between [_________________Renter Name], located at [_____________________________Renter Address] (the “Renter”) and  The Elegance of Black  [Dress Rental Company Name], located at 155 Cedar Sage Dr, Garland Tx 75044 [Company Address] (the “Company”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”, for the rental of special occasion dresses.

 

1. Rental Period: The rental period shall begin on [___________Start Date] and end on [___________End Date]. The Renter agrees to return the dress to the Company by [___________Return Date] at the latest.

 

2. Rental Fee: The Renter shall pay a rental fee of [________Amount] for the dress. Payment shall be made in full at the time of booking.

 

3. Security Deposit: The Renter shall provide a security deposit of [_________Amount] at the time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter upon the return of the dress in its original condition.

 

4. Condition of Dress: The Renter agrees to return the dress in the same condition as it was received. Any damages or stains to the dress shall result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

 

5. Cancellation Policy: In the event that the Renter cancels the rental, the Company shall retain 50% of the rental fee as a cancellation fee.

 

6. Late Return: If the Renter fails to return the dress by the agreed-upon return date, a late fee of 10% of the rent per day shall be charged until the dress is returned.

 

7. Alterations: The Renter shall not make any alterations to the dress without the Company’s prior approval.

 

8. Insurance: The Renter shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the dress during the rental period. The Company recommends that the Renter obtain insurance to cover any potential damages.

 

9. Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rental of the dress.

 

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
